Conduct and Rules 

Behavioral Rules and Regulations

  1. All delegates must be punctual, absenteeism without a valid reason will not be tolerated.

  2. If a delegate is unable to attend a session, prior notification of absence must be given to either; their chairperson, the Secretary-General, or Deputy Secretary-General by either the delegate themself or their supervising teacher. 

  3. Mobile phones and any other electronic devices must be muted during all sessions.

  4. Theft of property will not be tolerated. 

  5. All delegates must be appropriately dressed. 

  6. Any delegate deemed to be inappropriately dressed will be asked to leave the session and return in apropriate attire. 

Dress Code 
  • Clothing is to be formal, however, this does not necessarily mean uncomfortable. 

  • The length of skirts/dresses is to reach the end of the delegate's fingertips

  • Indecent exposure of cleavage is not permitted 

  • It is advised that delegates wear footwear they feel comfortable in - females do not necessarily have to wear heels. 

  • Flip flops are not permitted
